Questions about an official Ohio County docket, document, certification, payment posting, or hearing belong with the public office that maintains the record. This private site cannot act on a case. The routing below identifies when to use Indiana MyCase, when to contact the Ohio County Clerk, and when a transcript request must go to the Ohio Circuit Court reporter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following routes for the most common Ohio County record needs:

  • A public docket view: run a case lookup in Indiana MyCase and select Ohio Circuit Court 58C01
  • A court date or setting: review the latest CCS entry through Court Dates, then confirm an imminent appearance with the clerk
  • Certified copies: request them from the Ohio County Clerk, the official trial-record custodian
  • A case file or CCS: use Court Record Search for the request route, then identify the exact case number and document
  • A hearing transcript: contact the Ohio Circuit Court reporter because a transcript is separate from a docket printout

For county trial records, contact the Ohio County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Room 207, 413 Main Street, PO Box 185, Rising Sun, IN 47040. Phone: 812-438-2610. Fax: 812-438-1215. Published general hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Call before visiting because Wednesday service and walk-in copy arrangements are not stated in the official local source.
